By accessing and using the HoloCloset website and signing up for our waitlist, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

HoloCloset is a virtual try-on application currently in development. By joining our waitlist, you will be notified when the app becomes available for download.

Waitlist Terms

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the app
• We reserve the right to limit access to the app when it launches
• Your position on the waitlist may change based on various factors
• You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "spam"
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
